Returns & Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item(s).
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, returning or exchanging is simple.
How to Return In-Store
You can return any eligible item to our store by following these steps:
- Bring the item(s) back in their original condition and packaging.
- Carry your invoice or order confirmation email for verification.
Please note, in-store returns are subject to applicable local laws. Items purchased during promotions may follow special return conditions.
How to Return Online
Returning online is quick and convenient.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to ‘My Account’ → ‘Orders’.
- Click ‘Return Items Online’.
- Choose the items you want to return and the reason.
- Select your preferred refund method.
- Click ‘Print Return Label’, attach it to the parcel, and prepare it for pickup.
Timeline:
- Pick-up: 2–4 working days
- Processing: 2 working days
- Refund: Up to 14 working days by your bank/card provider
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Used, altered, or damaged items (unless defective)
- Items without original packaging
- Underwear, swimwear, lingerie, fragrances, skincare, cosmetics, or personalised items
- Items purchased from physical stores (for online returns)
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders for online returns
- Items bought in one country cannot be returned in another country
For furniture or bulky items, please contact customer service directly.
Important Notes
- Only registered users can submit online return requests.
- One return request per order can be submitted at a time.
- If you placed your order as a guest, you can create an account using the same email to request a return.
- You can cancel a return request as long as it hasn’t been processed.
- Our courier will make up to 3 pick-up attempts. After that, the request will be cancelled.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges online. If you’d like to exchange an item:
- Return the original product.
- Place a new order separately.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [insert contact number] within 1 hour of placing the order.
Orders cancelled within the time window will be fully refunded. Cancellations after this period must be handled through the Returns Process above.
